Dr. Lana W. Jackman, Principal

Dr. Jackman has over 25 years of educational management experience.   Her areas of expertise include information literacy, operations management, program development and client assessment. She earned an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Ph.D. in educational studies from Lesley University. Dr. Jackman has worked with a number of agencies and organizations throughout her career and has held adjunct faculty status at Lesley University's School of Education and the University of Massachusetts, Boston. 

Dr. Jackman is Chair of the National ICT Literacy Policy Council and Co-Chair of the National Forum on Information Literacy.

Lorna D. Jones, M.ED, M.B.A., Senior Consultant

Ms. Jones has been a senior-level health care/behavioral health care/professional for over 25 years. Her core competencies include change management, executive coaching, teambuilding/communication/leadership skills training, strategic planning, fiscal and contracts management, inter-agency network development, systems design/development and culturally competent systems of care.

Ms. Jones has a M.Ed. in rehabilitation administration and a M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
